Strip beds, put all dirty linens and towels in the laundry room
Start the dishwasher
Take all garbage out to the containers
Please rinse off beach chairs and beach toys using the hose on the side of the house
There is a $50.00 return fee plus postage on any items needing to be returned.
Locking & Key Instructions
Patio and Balcony Doors
Make sure all patio and balcony doors are locked.
Dock
Place the chain lock back on the dock and secure. Make sure to leave the dock key with spare keys.
Front Doors
Lock the two front doors from the inside.
Spare Keys
Place three spare keys on the main floor kitchen island.
Side Door & Lock Box
Use the key from the lock box to lock the side door.
After locking, place the key back into the lock box.
Enter the code to close and secure the lock box.
